We are excited to announce that, for the second year in a row, we are proudly sponsoring U-Turn and their incredible mission to empower homeless individuals in South Africa.
Over the last 25 years, U-Turn has crafted an innovative, skills-based program designed by a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Homeless Support Workers, Counsellors, Trainers, and Life Coaches. This collaborative approach enables U-Turn to provide over 150 "Champions" with a comprehensive, life-changing experience through Phase 3 Work-Readiness.
Our partnership helps to amplify the work that U-Turn is already doing, ensuring these champions have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and find their path to success. With a focus on building skills in areas such as retail, endemic gardening, building and maintenance, and web development, these individuals are not only learning technical skills but gaining the confidence and support needed to rebuild their lives.
We believe that sponsoring homeless individuals through U-Turn is a transformative investment that benefits both them and the broader communities we serve. By becoming valuable members of society, the champions contribute positively to their communities, fostering safer, more inclusive, and thriving environments for everyone.
